- Submit the prospective customer’s name, phone number, email address, project address, and enough project details to determine eligibility.
- The referred customer must be a new prospective customer not already under contract or actively registered with ProBuild.
- There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals you may submit.
- For duplicate referrals, credit goes to the first person who submits a complete, qualifying referral.
Payment & Eligibility
- No payments are made during a project.
- Payment is based on the final contract value upon project completion and paid within thirty (30) days.

What is the minimum project size to qualify?
The qualifying project must have a final contract value of at least $30,000.
Who is eligible to participate?
Eligible participants may refer a new prospective ProBuild customer who is not already under contract or actively registered with ProBuild. Self-referrals are not eligible.
How much can I earn?
The reward equals 1% of the final contract value for the completed qualifying project, up to a maximum of $7,000, and may be issued as Gift Card and/or Cash.
When is the reward issued?
No payments are made during a project. The reward is based on the final contract value upon project completion and is paid within thirty (30) days after project completion.
Are there tax requirements?
Yes. Payment is subject to IRS reporting requirements.
Are there limits to how many referrals I can submit?
No. You may submit as many referrals as you like, provided each referral meets the program’s qualifying requirements.
What if more than one person refers the same customer?
Referral credit will be awarded to the first person who submits a complete, qualifying referral to ProBuild. A complete referral must include the prospective customer’s name, phone number, email address, project address, and sufficient project details to determine eligibility.
