Before starting this business, I spent years in corporate leadership roles with companies like Cummins, Navistar, and Ingersoll-Rand. My background also includes engineering training and business consulting with construction companies.

When I entered the residential construction space, I noticed something very different. Many projects were being run without structure. Communication was inconsistent. Problems were handled reactively instead of proactively.
